Referral Fee Information

The latest guidance from the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 requires the Estate Agency sector to address the issue of transparency of fees. 

Daniel Jones Properties refers clients and customers to carefully selected services and highly reputable companies because I believe you may benefit from using their services and appreciate the high levels of efficiency and communication often associated with them.

Not all recommended companies pay commission to Daniel Jones Properties, however, there are some companies that pay a small commission if a customer decides to engage their services because of a referral, the details of which are listed here.

You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers.
